At CK Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and invoice must be included
Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, and clearance sale products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refund timelines:
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 3-5 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Replacements
We offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products subject to availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
